About Callie

allie brings two years of experience coaching high-intensity group fitness, supported by a lifelong athletic background and a deep passion for empowering women through movement. Her coaching style is motivational, energetic, and rooted in helping clients push past perceived limits — especially in lifts, speeds, and jumps they never imagined they could achieve.

Having navigated PCOS for the past five years, Callie has seen firsthand how consistent training can positively impact women’s health and hormone balance. This personal journey drives her commitment to creating supportive, education-focused environments where women feel strong, capable, and confident.

When it comes to her own training, Callie’s favorite lift is the deadlift — a movement she believes builds both physical and mental resilience. Outside the gym, she has spent the past eight years working as a Surgical Technologist, balancing a demanding medical career with her love for fitness.

Callie is a proud mom of two energetic boys, who you may see both inside and outside the gym, keeping life fun and fast-paced. In her personal life, she is also a devoted wife to a 10-year cancer survivor, a role that has strengthened her appreciation for health, resilience, and the power of community.

Callie’s mission as a coach is simple: to help women discover their strength, build confidence through consistency, and realize they are capable of far more than they think.
