Meet Coach Andrea! When she’s not at the gym you’ll find her practicing law as co-founder and partner of The Law Shop Iowa, grinding in her garage gym at home, traveling with her family or watching her kiddos play sports. Andrea is a hustler in life and in the gym. She’s a mama to 3 kiddos. She’s got a passion for wellness and improving the lives of those around her whether it’s in the gym, with her clients or her family and friends. Coach Andrea loves to lift heavy and feel so honored to be a part of the Valkyrie community of amazing women! She believes that strength training can create a foundation of strength and empowerment that affects all areas of our lives.
