About Courtney

Courtney is a coach with two years of experience and a day job in pediatric endocrinology as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner — which means she knows the science and keeps it real — evidence, not excuses — for every woman in the gym.

She starts her mornings training hard, then flips into pediatric endocrinology mode, managing diabetes, growth issues, and metabolic chaos in kids — science by trade, strength by choice.

She grew up moving — soccer, sprint hurdles, CrossFit, and grinding through COVID home workouts — before landing where she belongs: coaching in an all-women’s gym. Strength training for women isn’t just her work, it’s her purpose.

Deadlifts are her love language. Labels? She doesn’t use them. Obesity is a population term, not a personal identity, and Courtney believes women deserve better than shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s idea of “healthy.” She challenges women to think bigger, lift heavier, and never shrink their ambition to please anyone. She’s here to help women build power and transform the way they talk to themselves.

If you’re ready to get strong for real, she’s your coach. No diet culture. No guilt. Just hard work, confidence, and results you earn — not apologize for.

When she’s not coaching, she’s snowmobiling or riding the UTV with her boyfriend, traveling, tearing through psychological thriller books, drinking her coffee on the deck, or hanging out with her white lab, Luna.
