Eden Wilson

Coach Eden brings a well-rounded athletic background and a genuine love for helping others feel strong and confident in their own bodies. As a multi-sport athlete growing up, she developed a deep appreciation for movement, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Being involved in a variety of sports shaped not only her physical strength, but also her understanding of how mindset and consistency play a role in long-term growth.

She continued her volleyball career at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), where she competed for two years before a foot injury brought her playing career to an end. Although stepping away from competition was difficult, the experience strengthened her belief in caring for our bodies, honoring recovery, and listening closely to what our bodies are telling us.

Now coaching at Valkyrie Society, an all-women gym rooted in strength and sisterhood, Eden feels grateful to be part of a space where women uplift and support one another. She truly believes that personal fitness journeys flourish in community. When women train together, encourage each other, and share in both challenges and victories, growth feels more sustainable — and more meaningful. Everything really is better together.

Coach Eden prioritizes good energy, intentional movement, and building habits that support a healthy lifestyle long-term. Her coaching philosophy centers on empowering women to trust their intuition while still challenging themselves to grow 1% better every day. She believes that when you put your mind to something and stay committed, you will excel — not through perfection, but through consistency and belief in yourself.

With a deep appreciation for wellness and connection, Eden is passionate about helping women feel capable, supported, and strong. She strives to create an environment where every woman feels comfortable showing up exactly as she is, knowing she has both the inner strength and the community around her to flourish.
