About Jillian
Jillian began her fitness coaching journey seven years ago, driven by a lifelong love of movement and the powerful sense of community fitness creates. She is passionate about being part of a women’s-only gym, where members support, encourage, and lift one another up—both inside and outside the studio.
By day, Jillian works full time as a project manager. Outside of the gym and work, she enjoys getting creative decorating sugar cookies, with two little taste testers at home always ready to help. Fitness is her outlet and anchor, and she believes in working out for overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Her athletic background began at three years old and continued through college, where she had the honor of serving as captain of the Michigan State University Pom Team. That foundation shaped her love for team energy, motivation, and fun, which she brings into every class she teaches. An early bird at heart, you’ll often find her smiling face at 5:00 a.m., ready to go and energized to kick off the day together. Her favorite movement is the box jump—dynamic, powerful, and a reminder of just how strong and capable our bodies truly are. Jillian holds her CPT certification from NASM.
