Meg Iburg

About Meg

Meg is thrilled to join this empowering community of women. Group fitness became a lifeline for her during her postpartum journey, giving her a safe space to rebuild confidence, strength, and joy, and that’s exactly the environment she hopes to create for others.

Meg is a huge advocate for mental health in addition to physical health. She’s experienced firsthand how movement, community, and consistency can directly support emotional well-being, and her own progress through fitness has been transformative.

Even though she’s new to instructing, Meg brings plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and heart to every session. She loves keeping things fun, a little silly, and always supportive. Her mission is to help every woman feel strong, accepted, and capable, both physically and mentally.

When she’s not in the gym, you can usually find her chasing after her two toddlers or sneaking in a quick workout of her own. She also believes deeply in balance. She knows that a healthy life includes hard work in the gym and moments of enjoyment, so Meg never turns down a patio drink or a good cookie. To her, true wellness means making space for both discipline and joy. Her favorite lift is the back squat—it was the first big movement she learned, and it’s been a powerful reminder of how far she’s come. She can’t wait to sweat, laugh, and grow with everyone!
